What it is
There are situations in which you do everything right and something still repeats itself. The same conflicts in relationships. The same blocks at every important step. The same sense of carrying something that is not yours.
Individual systemic constellations are a safe space in which we explore the family, emotional and relational dynamics that shape your life and, very often, your health. We bring into awareness the patterns that keep repeating and the inner conflicts that hold you back.
The aim is not only to understand what is happening. It is to integrate it and be able to move on.

Contraindications
- active psychotic episode
- suicide risk
- acute intoxication with alcohol or other substances
- any situation requiring emergency psychiatric intervention
If you are in any of these situations, what you need is specialist psychiatric support, not a constellation. We can recommend someone.

Group constellations
We also run systemic constellations in groups, over two days.
- 150 EUR per person
- minimum 15 participants
- 2 days of work
- coffee breaks, a light brunch and a gift box included
How to register
- Choose the date that suits you. All available editions are listed in the Events & News section of the website.
- Reserve your place. You pay the participation fee in full. Payment confirms your place and is non-refundable, as numbers are limited and the event is organised around the confirmed group.
- Complete your contact details — full name, email address, phone number. These are needed so we can send you all organisational details and add you to the event's dedicated WhatsApp group.
- Receive everything you need. Before the event you will receive, by email and in the WhatsApp group, all organisational details: the location, the schedule for each day, what to bring and how the work unfolds.
The event WhatsApp group is strictly organisational. No therapeutic recommendations are given there.
