Refund policy

Products purchased once they have left and arrived intact in the buyer's possession are NOT RETURNABLE.

They are artisanal products, not mass-produced items, which means the buyer assumes the risk of the choice made at the time of purchase.

Any consultation package must be paid in advance. If the person does not cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours before the consultation, the money will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance, only 50% of the amount will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be non-refundable from the moment of booking the appointment.
