Terms of collaboration
How working together unfolds
So you know exactly what to expect, here is the path from the moment you choose a service to your first treatment plan.
Step 1 — You choose the consultation and pay
Every collaboration starts with an intake consultation. You select and pay for the service directly on the site. Your place in the calendar is held as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Step 2 — You sign the contract
Before the first consultation you receive the collaboration contract and the table with every condition: how consultations are used, how urgent situations are flagged, which channels we use and how soon you get a reply.
No consultation starts before the contract is signed. It is not an administrative formality: it is the document that sets out in black and white what you receive, so nothing is left open to interpretation along the way.
Step 3 — You fill in the Healing Form
Once the payment is confirmed you automatically get access to the Healing Form, our case-history questionnaire, which you fill in online. You do not need to send it separately — it comes straight to us.
In the Form you also choose the email address where you want to receive our messages and therapeutic recommendations.
The more fully you answer, the deeper the consultation can go. The Form is read in full before the meeting, not during it.
Step 4 — The intake consultation
60–90 minutes in which we go through your history together, your current symptoms, the test results you have, your lifestyle, and your emotional and family context. It is not a 15-minute consultation with a prescription at the end. It is the meeting in which we build an understanding of your case.
Step 5 — You receive your treatment plan
The plan reaches you by email, as a PDF, within 7–15 working days of the consultation. The same timeframe applies to the intake consultation and to follow-ups.
The plan includes an assessment of your case, a personalised treatment protocol, diet and lifestyle recommendations and, where needed, remedies, supplements and further useful tests.
Where we also work on the spiritual side, the plan may come with an audio recording. The standard format remains the written document.
Step 6 — We follow your progress and adjust
At follow-up consultations we assess what has changed and adapt the protocol. Healing is not linear, and the plan is rewritten along the way, depending on how your body responds.
If at the end of the intake we decide together that you need a longer process, you can continue with one of the packages.
Payment and invoicing
How payment works
All services are paid in advance, before the session. Your place in the calendar is reserved once the payment is confirmed.
Accepted methods:
- bank transfer
- card, online
- cash, at the practice
All prices on the site are shown in euro. The tax invoice is issued in lei, at the National Bank of Romania rate on the day it is issued, within 24 hours of payment, and is sent by email.
Invoices are issued by DR.O HOMEOPATHIC JOURNEY, tax ID 47769958.
Discount for paying in full
The VIH package paid in full in advance has a 10% discount on the package price — 4,999 EUR instead of 5,555 EUR.
The START and PREMIUM packages have no discount for paying in full. The price shown is the final price, whichever payment method you choose.
Paying in instalments
For packages you can choose to pay in instalments:
- a 25% deposit — reserves your place and opens the collaboration
- 5 equal monthly instalments, with no interest
Instalments are paid on the same date each month. A delay of more than 10 days temporarily suspends access to consultations until the payment is settled. Consultations already booked during the suspension are rescheduled once payments resume.
The 10% discount applies only when the VIH package is paid in full in advance. Paying in instalments means paying the list price.
Refunds
If you change your mind before the first consultation, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After the first consultation the package becomes non-refundable, because the therapeutic process has begun and the time reserved in the calendar can no longer be given to someone else. The remaining consultations can be used at any time during the package's validity.
Cancellations, rescheduling and missed sessions
Every consultation is a slot reserved only for you, which I can no longer offer to anyone else. That is why the rules below are firm and apply the same way to everyone.
| When you let us know | What happens |
|---|---|
| At least 7 days ahead | Free rescheduling. The consultation is not deducted from the package. |
| 3–7 days ahead | A fee of 50% of the consultation price applies, paid separately. The consultation is NOT deducted from the package. |
| Less than 3 days ahead, or you do not attend | The consultation counts as held and is deducted from the package. |
| Rescheduling on our side | We let you know at least 24 hours ahead and offer you a new slot. You lose nothing from the package. |
Arriving late does not extend a consultation. If you arrive 20 minutes late, the consultation ends at the time originally agreed.
How the packages work
The intake consultation always comes first
A package cannot be bought without an intake consultation. Every person who is to be taken on as a patient goes through this step, without exception.
The reason is simple: we cannot know which package suits you — or whether you need one at all — before we know your situation.
The order is:
- The intake consultation, bought separately, as an individual service.
- The package, if at the end of the intake we decide together that you need a longer process.
The intake consultation is paid separately and its price is not deducted from the package price. They are two distinct services: the intake is the full assessment of the case, the package is the therapeutic process that follows.
This way, all the consultations in the package remain fully available for follow-ups and urgent situations.
How many people can use a package
Packages can be used by several members of the same family, within the limits below:
| START | PREMIUM | VIH | |
|---|---|---|---|
| People included | up to 2 | up to 4 | up to 6 |
| Consultations included | 10 | 24 | 34 |
| Validity | 12 months | up to 36 months | up to 36 months |
Each person who joins the package needs their own intake consultation, bought separately.
All family members who will use the package are named at the start of the collaboration, at the time of purchase.
New people cannot be added to the same package later. If a new patient appears in the family after the collaboration has started, they need their own intake and their own plan.
How consultations are used
Each package contains a fixed number of consultations. The table below shows exactly how they are deducted, so you always know where you stand.
| Type of intervention | Deducted from the package |
|---|---|
| Follow-up consultation (45 min) | 1 consultation |
| Urgent situation on a working day: one prescription + 24–48h monitoring | 0.5 consultations |
| Urgent situation with more than one prescription in the same 24–48h window | 1 consultation |
| Urgent situation taken on at the weekend (PREMIUM and VIH only) | 1.5 consultations |
The intake consultation is not in the table because it is not deducted from the package — it is bought separately, before the package.
A concrete example
You write to me in the app on a Tuesday morning because your little one has a fever. I give you a prescription and monitor them for 48 hours — half a consultation is deducted.
If within the same 48 hours the situation changes and a second prescription is needed, a whole consultation is deducted, because it was a second full assessment of the case.
Why it works this way
Each prescription means an individual reassessment of the case, not a standard prescription taken from a protocol. The time spent on the analysis is the same whether the conversation lasts 15 or 60 minutes.
This system exists so that I can respond quickly to urgent situations without upsetting the time set aside for other patients.
Each person has their own plan
Even if the package is used by several family members, each person has their own assessment, their own treatment plan and their own prescriptions. There are no "shared" recommendations. A plan built for one person cannot be transferred or applied to another.
Urgent situations — what they are and how we handle them
Urgent situations are flagged only through The Homeopathic Journey app, within the hours available for your package. Not by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media messages.
| Package | Hours for urgent situations |
|---|---|
| START | Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 |
| PREMIUM | Monday–Friday 09:00–16:00 and Saturday until 14:00 |
| VIH | Monday–Friday until 21:00, Saturday and Sunday |
What counts as urgent
In our collaboration, an urgent situation is the sudden onset of something that cannot wait for the next scheduled consultation: a new acute episode (fever, sudden pain, a rash, an acute reaction), a marked worsening of a symptom already under treatment, or an unexpected reaction to a recommended remedy.
Not urgent: questions about the plan that can wait for the follow-up, requests to reinterpret test results, questions about other family members, or administrative requests.
When you need 112, not me
Homeopathy and integrative therapies do not replace emergency medical services.
If you are facing chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, seizures, signs of a stroke or any other life-threatening situation, call 112 immediately (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency department. You can write to us after you have received emergency care.
Which channels we use
All therapeutic communication takes place in The Homeopathic Journey app. That is where you flag urgent situations, where you receive the answers, and where the history of our collaboration stays.
| Channel | What it is used for |
|---|---|
| The Homeopathic Journey app | Urgent situations, questions about the protocol, bookings. The only therapeutic channel. |
| The treatment plan, follow-up questions from the case analysis, documents and invoices. | |
| Organisational only, for event groups. Therapeutic questions are not answered. | |
| Social media | Public content. No recommendations are given in private messages. |
Why I do not answer on WhatsApp
Questions like "how many pills do I take" or "should I carry on with the remedy" seem small, but each one needs a reassessment of the case. In a WhatsApp conversation I do not have your history, your plan and your progress in front of me — and an answer given from memory, between two consultations, is not a serious therapeutic act.
You receive all this kind of information in writing, in the contract and in the treatment plan, from the start of the collaboration. If something comes up that is not covered there, you write to me in the app and get a documented answer.
Confidentiality and personal data
Everything you tell me during consultations stays confidential.
- The data in the Healing Form, your test results and your medical history are stored securely and are not passed to any third party without your written consent.
- The exceptions are those set by law — situations in which disclosure is legally required.
- Testimonials are published only with your written consent, given separately for each text or recording. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
- Case studies are published only fully anonymised, with every detail that could identify you changed.
- You have the right to ask at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or for it to be deleted, within the legal obligations to keep medical records.
For any request about your personal data, write to us at thehomeopathicjourney@gmail.com.
Professional limits
Working alongside your own doctor
We never advise you to stop a treatment prescribed by your doctor. Any change to a conventional treatment is made only by the doctor who prescribed it.
In chronic, autoimmune or oncological cases, coordinating with your doctor is not optional — it is part of how we work.
When we refer you on
If your situation goes beyond what we can offer, we tell you directly and point you to the right specialist. We do not keep patients in a collaboration out of inertia.
What we do not do
- We do not issue sick notes, subsidised prescriptions or documents specific to the public health system.
- We do not handle medical emergencies.
- We do not guarantee an outcome, a complete cure or remission within a given time. Results vary with medical history, level of involvement and each body's individual response.
What no service includes
To avoid misunderstandings, here is what is not included in the price of any service or package:
Additional costs
- homeopathic remedies, food supplements and any other products recommended in the plan
- laboratory tests, imaging and other medical investigations
- consultations with other specialists, even when we recommend them
- travel, accommodation and other personal expenses
Services bought separately
- the intake consultation, required before any package
- additional consultations, beyond those included in the chosen package
- the Quantum Atomic Scan assessment and the Quantum Session
- full systemic constellation sessions, unless explicitly included in the package
- The Homeopathic Journey courses, workshops, transformational games and events, unless explicitly included
- interpreting tests done after the collaboration has ended
- updating the protocol after the collaboration period has ended, without a new assessment
- taking on a new family member who was not named at the start of the collaboration
What you do not buy when you buy a package
A package gives you access to the expertise and the therapeutic services it includes. It does not give you unlimited access to the therapist.
- there is no 24/7 availability by phone, WhatsApp, email or other platforms
- there is no immediate reply to messages outside working hours
- changes to the protocol cannot be requested without a reassessment
- there is no unlimited follow-up outside the included consultations
Communication and support take place only within the limits set for the service bought. It is not a formality: it is the only way I can give every patient the same attention and the same quality of care. A therapist who is always available to everyone is not truly available to anyone.
The therapeutic approach — how we actually work
On our pages you will see a long list of methods: classical and integrative homeopathy, functional medicine, neuro-hormonal medicine, integrative psychotherapy, NeuroChange Solutions®, individual systemic constellations, psychogenealogy, work with trauma and the inner child, functional nutrition, phytotherapy.
It is important to understand what this means and, above all, what it does not mean.
Every consultation is built entirely around your needs. We do not apply standard protocols and we do not use a method just because we know it.
During a consultation, elements from several approaches may be brought together, but only as far as they are useful for your particular situation. This does not mean every patient receives a full systemic constellation session, a full psychotherapy session or every technique there is. It means that a single consultation can use the interventions that serve your therapeutic goal.
In short: consultations are not a series of separate therapies, but one integrated therapeutic intervention. The aim is not to apply every method, but to choose the right ones for you.
