This page explains what personal data the thehomeopathicjourney.com website processes and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who the controller is
DR.O HOMEOPATHIC JOURNEY, tax ID 47769958, registered office [adresa sediului social], [nr. Registrul Comerțului]. You can write to us at any time at thehomeopathicjourney@gmail.com.
What data we process
- Messages you send us by email: your name, email address and whatever you choose to write to us. We use them only to reply to you and keep them for as long as that requires.
- Messages sent through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the topic and the message. The form is sent through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it to us by email; we use it only to reply to you.
- Technical access data: for security, the server hosting the site automatically records the IP address, the date of access and the page requested. These records are deleted periodically.
The site does not create an account for you and does not use traffic analytics or advertising tools. Please do not send medical details through the form; we discuss them safely during the consultation.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so nothing is loaded from Google.
The podcast episode on the home page loads from YouTube only if you click it, through the YouTube variant that does not set cookies until playback. Once you start playback, Google's privacy policy applies.
The online shop
When you book a consultation or buy something, you go to our online shop, which has its own privacy policy and its own cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for:
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- incorrect data to be corrected;
- your data to be deleted, or its processing restricted;
- data portability;
- to object to the processing.
For any of these, write to us at thehomeopathicjourney@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, dataprotection.ro.
