Terms & Conditions
Payment and deposit
To confirm participation in the retreat, you can either pay in full by April 30, or a 50% deposit.
If you have opted to pay in two instalments, please note that the total amount of the retreat must be paid in full by July 1, 2024.
Refund policy
After payment there is no possibility of refund of the amount paid.
In case of cancellation of participation within at least 90 days before the start of the retreat, the amount paid up to that moment can be transferred to participate in another retreat organized by us in the next 24 months).
Otherwise, the money will be retained, and participants can use the amount held to enroll in another future retreat.
It is important to note that this amount may or may not cover the full cost of the new retreat.
Changes to participation
Any change to participation (transfer of the amount paid for another retreat) must be notified in writing at least 60-90 days before the start date of the initial retreat.
In case of cancellation of the retreat due to unforeseen reasons or force majeure on the part of the organizers, participants will be informed as soon as possible and will be offered the option to transfer the amount paid to another retreat or to receive a full refund.
Individual responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat activities.
Participants are fully responsible for their interpretation of the provided information and experiences.

Participants are requested to respect the confidentiality of the information and experiences shared during the retreat.
